Hey! I’m Jake, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and lifelong athlete.

I’ve spent the last decade helping people get stronger, perform better, and stay in the game through injuries, burnout, and plateaus.

But more than that, I’m someone who gets what this life means to you.
